Waka Flocka To Headline Anti-Violence Concert

Waka Flocka Flame is taking a stand against gun violence with an upcoming show in Chicago.
Waka Flocka is joining forces with Wallace “Gator” Bradley and his United In Peace, Inc. to host the anti-violence concert.
While the venue has yet to be disclosed, the show is slated to take place during the first week of June. In a statement, Waka points out that the only way to stop “senseless acts of violence” is to start acknowledging them.
Waka Flocka went on to say,
“Chicago is the first but not the last for me.”
According to the press release, Waka Flocka, “remains humble” about the opportunity to work with United in Peace. He seems enthuastic about the opportunity to help Chicago who has a huge problem with crime.
All proceeds from the concert will go to United In Peace, Inc. The group works with formerly incarcerated people to help them adjust to life outside of prison.
Waka Flocka is currently at work on his third studio album “Flockaveli 2″ . This album is the follow-up to his 2012 album “Triple F Life: Fans, Friends & Family” is expected to hit stores this fall.
