Nivea Preganant by Lil Wayne Again

Rumor has it that Nivea is carrying her second child by rapper Lil Wayne. Wayne already has four children, one of which he shares with Nivea. As we all remember Nivea was pregnant at the same time as actor Lauren London- both by Lil Wayne. Wayne is also engaged to his pregnant fiancé- Dhea.
Nivea was last spotted at Kontrol Magazine's "Kontrol Your Destiny Awards" in Atlanta and she didn't appear to be pregnant at all!!!

I'm not sure if the rumors are true but... if they are she must be pretty desperate to accept being a side piece again and have another ghetto twin!!!
