TMZ’s sources say the former nanny, Dawn Drago is a convicted shoplifter and didn't disclose this on her employment application. She allegedly is bitter because she was fired for falsifying time sheets.

A rep from the law firm representing Drago tells TMZ:“The shoplifting conviction is irrelevant because she was not working at a shop.”I don't care where she's working- I would have fired her also. I'm sure Diddy's baby mama has plenty of expensive items in her home that she doesn't want stolen. Diddy apparently doesn't believe the allegations either because he has not taken any steps to remove his twins from the home.
